Design Studio “DE STUDIO” LTD was founded in October 2005. as a company with main subject of activity architectural design and engineering construction of buildings and facilities. The manager of the company is eng. Evgeniy Manolov – graduated design engineer since 2003, with partner architect Diana Kaloyanova – graduated architect since 2002. They both graduated from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG) with a Master’s degree.

In the beginning, De-Studio is a small but progressive company that is rapidly gaining momentum in investment design, gaining trust with a correct and professional attitude, responsibility for deadlines, competence in design, willingness to assist in all design activities at the object.

Over time, De-Studio has managed to form a team of specialists in all parts of investment design, with extensive experience and knowledge in all its stages – from formulating and clarifying investment intentions, through the design stages to the complete completion of construction work.

The studio has great potential of design engineers. The team currently consists of ten designers who graduated from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia with a degree in Construction of Buildings and Facilities, Master’s degree. From its inception until 2015 DE-Studio has over 300 projects in the Constructive part, developed jointly with external design studios. This includes the development of a wide range of buildings and facilities with a total area of ​​over 300,000 square meters.

The architectural team consists of two architects and is in constant partnership with other fellow architects.

The team of De-Studio is constantly improving its qualification with trainings and courses.

Since 2008 So far, a large volume of projects developed by De-Studio are related to funding under European Union programs. During the last 6 years the studio has gained experience in the design of infrastructure and industrial sites in the field of agriculture and light industry. Our partners are many technologists in the field of mechanization of agriculture, animal husbandry, steam boilers, food industry, energy and others.
